Keep Safe! Safety Training for Girls and Women

Dating can be a very exciting adventure! Like any adventure, it is wise to be aware of the risks, and to establish some safety measures. Keep Safe Dating Safety Workshops help participants meet the unique challenge of being open and kind to someone new, yet creating boundaries that will keep themselves safe.

This class is highly recommended for high school aged and college women, as well as older women returning to the dating arena.

You will learn how to:

Stay clear about what you want in a relationship
Avoid toxic relationships
Say "no" effectively
Establish clear boundaries while still remaining open to the relationship
Identify early warning signs of abuse and how to respond
Develop a personal safety plan
"Party" with wisdom
Easy and effective escape moves and strikes
